Free Weekly Wellness Workshops

Join Abby for her free Weekly Wellness Workshop! Each workshop lasts approximatley 30 minutes, and discusses a new topic each week. Topics range from weight loss and exercise, to hormones, how to reach your goals, and injury prevention. If you have an idea on a topic you would like to hear about, email it to Abby, and she will create a workshop around that topic. Abby is also available to speak at your workplace or group! Well-Weekends

Join Abby on a one of a kind weekend trip, dedicated to your overall health and wellness. Well-Weekends include a small group of individuals who want to devote 2 or 3 days to wellness, or just a chance to get away from the daily grind of your work week. Well-weekends include trips devoted to your mind and spiritual self, or fitness and physical health.
