Run Into Spring ONLINE is a program designed to get you outdoors all year long, training through the winter for the 2011 Shamrock 1/2 marathon in Sacramento, or ANY OTHER 1/2 MARATHON YOU CHOOSE! Running is not a sport with allocated seasons. Luckily, we can train around the calendar, in all weather. Run Into Spring ONLINE allows you to start the year off on the right foot, literally, with a healthy way to shed some holiday pounds, AND get fit at the same time.
This program is geared for runners of all ages, shapes, sizes, and speeds.
What is this program, What do you get?
By creating Run Into Spring ONLINE, coach Abby is allowing you to do your runs and "homework" any day, any time that you choose! Gather your friends, partners, co-workers, and gear up to run a 1/2 Marathon! There are no official "group" runs, but rather, you get to participate on your own, with coaching and guidance from Abby, every step of the way. What you get is private access to your online training program. You receive a username and password that will log you in to your personalized training schedule. From there, you will see what runs you need to complete each week (though you can alter the days as needed). If you wear a gps, you can upload your data, routes, distances, calories, etc, directly to the online software! It's very neat! Abby has created long run routes for you to follow, if you choose, or you can simply run on whichever route you desire. The schedule is for the Shamrock 1/2 in Sacramento, but if you're running another race, Abby will alter it personally for you!

Feel free to print off your training schedule, or let Abby know if it needs to be altered, either easier, or more challenging. Abby will make sure that your training schedule is solid and safe. For $39, you get online coaching from Abby, training tips and email newsletters, and a safe, personalized training schedule that you can log into any time, day or night, 24/7. The online training software is very neat, and you will definitley enjoy being a part of this online community!
