Winter Session begins January 9, 2012, and runs through March 31, 2012
Mon: 6am-6:45am, Morning Jolt Fitness "Bootcamp" Workout
Wed: 7pm-7:45pm, Evening Fitness "Bootcamp" Workout
Fri: 6am-6:45am, Morning Jolt Fitness "Bootcamp" Workout

Class Fee Options:
Unlimited Monthly! $59 Come to any or all workouts of that current month! That's about $5/class!
10 Class Pass! $89 Good for any 10 classes throughout the session from January-March.
Drop-In! $10 Drop in any time you want, for just $10 each time

Workout Description:
Workouts involve total body toning, cardio challenges, & FUN! Each class incorporates functional fitness training to help you LOSE WEIGHT, TONE YOUR BODY, FLATTEN YOUR BELLY, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY… FEEL GREAT! It is a non-competitive, high intensity, "bootcamp" style indoor fitness program for all fitness skills and levels. Each class combines cardio,strength, calisthenics, plyometrics, flexibility, and most importantly FUN to reach your fitness and weight loss goals. No two classes will ever be the same! All advanced exercises will be modified for beginners, and vice versa. Please bring your own fitness mat (optional) and hand-held weights (required).

Class Location:
All classes in the New Year, New You! session, will be held at Bliss Yoga. 127, 5th st. N. Columbus, MS

How To Sign Up:
Step 1: Sign up right here on this website below, via secure Paypal or credit card, OR pay via cash or check when you meet Abby for your consultation/first workout.
Step 2: Email Abby at liveforitallfitness@gmail.com with any questions about the class and to set up your FREE Consultation!
Step 3: Fill out the registration forms that Abby emails you.
Step 4: Get our your dumbells, (usually 5 or 8lbs are a good place to start), and get ready for your first class! If unsure what weight you should get, just ask! You will need to bring your own dumbells to each class. All other equipment provided by Abby.
