Run Into Spring ONLINE 2011
Want a safe, reliable, training program to prepare you for the Shamrock 1/2 marathon or other race? Join Abby's online community, where you'll receive a private training schedule, with online access to your own account. You can upload all of your data, track your mileage, and more! Fit For Spring! Jan 2011
FUN, FRIENDLY, FAT BURNING, FITNESS CLASSES!
Start the year off right, as we get "fit for spring!" What better way to stay in shape throughout the winter months, than by joining a group fitness class! You will be led by your certified instructor, through a wide range of classes for all ages, shapes, and sizes. All classes are non-competetive, and there is an emphasis on FUN and HARD WORK. Abby will push you to do the best, and to give that "extra inch" effort, in order to reach your goals. Why wait? Fall Fitness Series! aka: "Shape Up Sacramento!"
Shape Up Sacramento is part of Abby's campaign to help the Sacramento community to "Move Well!" Beginning in October-Decmeber 2010, classes will be held Tuesday mornings and evenings, Wednesday mornings, and Friday mornings. Click here for information and to sign up today! Space in each class is limited. Classes in the Fall Fitness Series are offered through Sacramento Parks and Recreation and Rancho Cordova parks and Recreation.
Summer Fitness Series!
The summer fitness series will consist of Fun Outdoor Fitness classes (Tues at 6pm, Saturdays at 9:15am), Turbokick cardio-kickboxing classes (Thursdays at 6:30pm) and Aqua Aerobics (Fri afternoons). 5 Weeks to 5k
This program is an all time favorite! In 5 weeks, you will lean the skills needed to get back on your feet and enjoy running again. It's for the beginner runner, or anyone who wants to improve technique and skills to safely and effectively build your endurance to be able to run 5k and beyond! Marathon and 1/2 Marathon Training Programs

Workout and Wine: A fitness class and a glass

Join Abby for one on one training, or bring a friend or two for a fantastic personalized workout. Training sessions will be held at your home or outdoors at McKinley Park or East Portal Park in Sacramento. No equipment is required by you. "Get Ready For Your Wedding" Fitness Training
