Tired? Weight Loss Challenges? Poor Digestion? Purify your body. Transform your life! Exercise Physiologist and Nutritionist, Abby Solomon, will guide you through this 21 day "detoxification"program. You will go with Abby to the grocery store, where you will learn what healthy fruits and vegetables to buy, how to prepare your foods, different recipes, etc. Abby will assist you every step of the way. This is not a diet. It is a program that helps you live a healthier life by purifiying, nourishing, and maintaining a healhty body weight. The program uses whole food supplements from Standard Process Nutrition Company AND real fruits and vegetables to help your body purify and rebuild itself. Naturally, from the inside out.
During the purification, you will refrain from eating fast foods, processed foods,sugar-laden snacks, which place an unnecessary load on the body. You'll learn to turn to whole, unprocessed,preservative-free foods, lots of water, tasty protein shakes,and whole food supplements. In the process, you will learn about your body and what it needs to stay healthy. You are likely to shed some extra weight too!

FUN OUTDOOR FITNESS:
This is a non-competetive, high intensity, "bootcamp" style outdoor, group program for all fitness skills and levels. Join Abby for this 1 hour fitness class where we combine, cardio, strength, calisthenics, plyometrics, flexibility, and most importantly FUN to help you reach that next fitness level! Join with your friends, or meet some new ones, as we all work together to achieve our individual goals. We meet at McKinley Park on Tues nights, Wednesday mornings, and Friday Mornings, and Rancho Cordova Mather Sports Complex on Tuesday mornings. We do have a rain location in case of emergencies!
*Please bring your own mat or towel to use for exercises on the ground. Bring a waterbottle, and bring hand weights of 5lbs or 8lbs+!

Silver Fox Fun Outdoor Fitness & Silver Fox Strength Training
Both classes are designed to keep "chronologically advanced" individual (over 50) active in a fun, challenging way. Both classes will involve movement, strength, balance, agility, and no matter where you start, you will see changes for the better in your body! We're never too old to exercise! Come out and have fun!
