I've tried blogging before. That was a joke. I thought it'd be easy to write a small fitness tip every day. That lasted all of a few weeks. Overall, I think I have started and ended at least 3-4 different blogs. I learned that blogging simply wasn't for me. BUT, I have things to say, and a new blog is how I plan to do that. It comes down to the fact that I don't enjoy writing, but I need to do it. (I think having a father who was a sports writer, and was so critical of my papers growing up, took all the enjoyment out of it). I even tried to learn to like it, and wrote articles for a local newspaper on health and fitness for a while. But it ended, simply because I just didn't enjoy writing. I am a huge proponent of spending your time doing more of the things that you do enjoy. We only have the moment we live in, so choose to spend it doing things that make you happy.
So, as you read this blog, don't expect it to be perfect grammar. Don't expect to see regular posts. Don't expect much of anything. Just expect that when I do write a post, it's because I have something important to say. Sometimes it may not be "nice." But it will always be the truth. My truth.
