- Does hiking in the mountains make me feel good? yes. So why don't I do that more?
- Does eating bread make me feel good? nope. Makes me bloat up and feel horrible. So, why do I still eat it? (I am going on day 6 with no gluten, and my gut is already thanking me.)
- Does stepping on a scale make me feel good? Nope. So, I choose to focus on how I feel, vs. what a number says I should feel.
