When I created the Trainer In Your Back Pocket program in 2011, of course I wanted everyone and their mother to participate in it! In my opinion, it's the best online personal training program out there! So, I create workouts that you can not only take with you to your local gym, but also workouts you can do at home, with minimal equipment. One target audience that has taken to their TBP workouts, is my group of NEW MOMS!
Many TBP'ers have followed along with the TBP program from pre-pregancy, through pregnancy (with an entire album of pregnancy safe videos), and then gotten back in shape post-baby using the TBP plan. I wanted to share this, because I think it's important to have a support group with you as you embark on life as a busy, new mom. Even though TBP is all online, you have a network of other TBPers, and most importantly, ME, your coach, with you to answer any questions you have along the way pre and post baby about your workouts and nutrition. I help modify anything for you as you need it. The TBP can be one constant that you can keep with you not only before, but after baby. For those who have gym memberships with child-care, it's perfect to take your at gym workout plan and get those workouts in. For those without a gym membership, choose the at home version!
The TBP is a great way for new moms to get quality, focused, designed workouts that fit into their busy life. Maybe you only have 20 minutes to workout (if you're lucky). Maybe you can only workout during nap times. Maybe you have to workout at 4am when everyone is still asleep. Whatever way you want to do it, the TBP is there for you 24/7 with workouts, videos, plans, and support.
